The coin is still new, you can not swap it anywhere other than Uniswap. Native wallet swappers and token routers may not but could support the swap because most have not picked up the Uniswap v3 pool yet. This should change before the token icon goes live.

Be sure to have ETH or Toshi on the Base network, if you are on PC the Metamask wallet has Base available in settings under network.
